Shipping Domestic

Most standard orders to the UK are delivered for £3.75 or less, some are free. The delivery cost is based on the product's size and weight.

If a product is delivered free of charge this is clearly displayed on the product page.


Shipping International

International delivery is available on some of our products. The cost of delivery is calculated based on the destination, size and weight of the product.

Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco, Greece, Portugal, Italy and Spain.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products purchased from Botanique and Rye, but if not and you would wish return or exchange a product:

1) Contact us, and let us know that you wish to return or exchange the product and we will provide you with the Returns Address.

2) Package the item up and send it back to use within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the product.

3) We will process the refund directly to your payment card used to purchase the item.   Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).
